Dowa THT America Inc. is seeking a Furnace Operator to manage furnace and gas checks, load and unload furnaces per recipe, and document all readings. The role supports part setting as needed and adheres to strict safety guidelines.

The position operates on a 12-hour shift from 5 pm to 5 am, with a two-days-on/two-days-off followed by three-days-on/three-days-off rotation, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs intermittently.
• Ability to stand for 12 hours and work every other weekend.
• Respect for and adherence to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform furnace checks and gas checks with logged recordings.
• Load and unload furnaces per recipe and respond to alarms.
• Provide support to part setting as necessary.
