Job summary

The Indiana University Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Assurance Associate to safeguard alumni and donor data across systems. You will refine SQL queries and document changes to support IU's advancement work.

You'll partner with stakeholders, troubleshoot data feeds, and translate technical details for colleagues. This hybrid role is based in Bloomington, IN, with a in-office schedule of Mon/Wed/Fri and remote flexibility on Tue/Thu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field required.
• One year of experience in data, information technology, or a related field required.
• Combinations of related education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Edit and refine SQL queries across systems and analyze data for patterns.
• Troubleshoot automated data feeds and processes when they don't run as expected.
• Document scripts, queries, and configuration changes.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and translate technical details for non-technical colleagues.
• Contribute to cross-functional project teams.
