Job summary

KeenLogic is seeking a Part-Time Full-Cycle Recruiter to support our internal recruiting team across the full lifecycle. This role will average approximately 20 hours per week.

The recruiter will source and identify qualified candidates, conduct outreach, manage responses, screen calls, coordinate follow-up, and prepare candidate documentation for submission while managing multiple candidates and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to submission.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and resume databases.
• Ability to develop Boolean searches and sourcing strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience screening candidates and documenting results.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Word and SharePoint.
• Experience supporting federal government contracting or cleared recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned positions through sourcing, screening and submission.
• Review job descriptions and requirements to identify qualified candidates.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and conduct outreach to prospective candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening calls and document notes for the team.
• Coordinate screening calls, interviews and candidate documentation.
• Maintain candidate statuses and submission-ready packages in trackers.
