Job summary

Beacon Hill Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter on a part-time basis in the Chicago area. This role will manage sourcing through offers, partnering with leadership and hiring managers to identify top talent for the organization.

You will develop targeted sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain strong candidate relationships. The position requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently for 15-25

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience recruiting within management consulting, professional services, corporate environments, or similar industries strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience proactively identifying passive candidates.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable partnering directly with hiring managers and senior-level stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of searches from start to finish.
• Professional, polished, and candidate-focused approach.
• Availability to work approximately 15-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using various channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screens to assess experience and fit.
• Coordinate interview process and maintain candidate experience.
• Present qualified candidates with insights on backgrounds and market availability.
• Manage interview scheduling and offer-stage communication.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and provide progress updates.
