Harry's Hospitality Group seeks a Full Charge Bookkeeper for Harry's Savoy Grill & Ballroom in Wilmington, DE. This part-time, non-exempt role handles day-to-day financial records, payroll support, and reporting; approx 25 hours per week, Monday–Friday with weekend hours as needed.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel, familiarity with POS systems, and strong attention to detail. Compensation is $25.00–$30.00 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of continuous bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel; MarginEdge preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and daily sales reconciliation.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Handle full cycle Accounts Receivable.
• Handle full cycle Accounts Payable.
• Track inventory-related financial transactions and food cost reports.
• Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies to the Director of Operations.
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Process bi-weekly payroll.
• Prepare monthly financial statements (P/L and balance sheet).
• Monthly reconciliation of multi-store gift cards.
• Monthly tracking of deposits paid in advance and inter-company transactions.
• Assist CPA with year-end close and review.
