Bass Pro Shops in Manteca, CA is hiring a BOSS Fulfillment Associate (Part Time) to fill online orders from store inventory, sort, pack, and load merchandise for shipment. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods, with extensive warehouse-like duties in the back room.

The position offers part-time hours with starting pay between $17.00 and $19.75 per hour, benefits including dental, vision, 401k, holidays and vacation, and a strong emphasis on safety and customer

Qualifications

• Follow through on order processing up to and including properly closing orders in BOSS system.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.
• Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Fill and pack customer orders, ensuring accuracy and packaging quality.
• Sort, inspect, and prepare merchandise for shipment or pickup.
• Operate material handling equipment and assist with receiving and stocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the back room and on the shop floor.
• Assist customers on the sales floor when required.
