Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Green Bay, WI is seeking a part-time BOSS Fulfillment Outfitter to help fill online orders from store inventory. You will sort, pick, pack and load merchandise for shipment while maintaining quality and appearance for customers.

You may also assist customers on the sales floor and participate in mandatory training. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with order processing or retail operations preferred (0–2 years).
• Ability to read UPC codes and stock merchandise accurately.

Responsibilities

• Fill BOSS orders and prepare items for shipment to customers or stores.
• Sort, pack, label and box merchandise for safe delivery.
• Receive merchandise, inspect quality and maintain presentation standards.
• Assist customers on the sales floor during store hours.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed and keep work areas clean.
