Job summary

EVEREVE is hiring a Part-Time Fulfillment Specialist in Long Beach to prepare and ship orders, manage in-store pick ups, and support curbside services. You will work with our HEART values—humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity—and use store systems to create and process orders efficiently.

Responsibilities include pulling and packing orders, supporting the styling team, and assisting Inventory with replenishment and recovery tasks.

Qualifications

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented while maintaining time management and multitasking.
• Able to work independently in stores and be self-motivated.
• Strong organization and computer skills.
• Must be able to climb a ladder as needed.
• Must be able to lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through our HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Develop proficiency for all company systems for POS and order creation.
• Provide efficient process to turnaround orders timely; productivity standard of 5 minutes per unit.
• Pull and package in-store pick up orders; assist styling floor team as needed.
• Assist Inventory Specialist with shipment processing, replenishment, or store recovery tasks.
• When order fulfillment is high, focus on fulfillment tasks; when low, assist with shipment, replenishment or recovery.
