Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Front Office Assistant to provide exceptional patient check-in, payments processing, and daily operational support in our Allentown/Easton area offices.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience in fast-paced healthcare settings, with preference for experience in addiction medicine and office administration. Lived addiction experience is a plus; hours are about 25–29 per week with a rotating schedule in Allentown and Easton, PA.

Mansioni

• Check in patients and process payments.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude toward patients and provide a “white glove” experience.
• Guide new patients through their intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes.
• Provide clerical and logistical support.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.
