Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Part-time Front Office Assistant for the Feasterville and Philadelphia (West Tabor Road) locations. The role supports daily operations, checks in patients, processes payments, and guides new patients through intake with a friendly, professional attitude.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and customer service experience in healthcare or office administration. Lived addiction experience is a plus and will be valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service experience in fast-paced environment preferred.
• Healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration experience preferred.
• Lived addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Receive payments and assist in daily office operations.
• Guide new patients through intake process with a white-glove approach.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports; coordinate with clinical staff.
• Provide clerical and logistical support; manage patient accounts.
