Job summary

Due' Cucina is seeking a part-time Counter Server/Front of House Team Member at the Roosevelt location in Seattle. You will greet customers, guide them through our pasta-focused menu, and keep dining areas tidy while coordinating with delivery drivers for timely orders.

Qualifications

• Passionate about food.
• Must be 21+ (alcohol service required).
• Has or will obtain Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit.
• Able to stand for 8 hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop and move quickly.
• Finger/hand dexterity for kitchen tasks.
• Able to withstand temperature changes, smoke, steam and heat.
• Able to work under stress.
• Scheduling flexibility.
• Spanish knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and uphold our core values.
• Learn and master fresh pasta making.
• Guide customers through the Due' experience.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers for timely orders.
• Maintain menu inventory across delivery platforms.
• Ensure Covid-19 precautions are followed.
• Collaborate with BOH/management on customer concerns.
• Keep dining areas and pasta lab clean after pasta prep.
• Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Perform other duties as needed.
