Job summary

Due' Cucina in Redmond is seeking a friendly counter server for a part-time Front of House role. Shift hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm, with duties including guest greeting, taking orders, and coordinating with delivery drivers to ensure accurate orders.

The role emphasizes a warm dining experience, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked dining area. Training provided; alcohol service and safety requirements apply.

Join our fun team! Our restaurant is looking for a counter server! The restaurant is located in Redmond. This is a part-time position with availability needed Monday-Friday from roughly 9:00am - 2:30pm.

In this role the Counter Server/Front of House team will:

• Demonstrate and uphold our company core values at all times.
• Learn and master the art of making fresh pasta.
• Familiarize yourself with our menu and guide customers through their Due' experience.
• Communicate effectively with delivery drivers (UberEats, DoorDash, etc) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate menu inventory across all delivery platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Covid-19 precautionary measures in the dining area.
• Collaborate with BOH team members or managers to address customer concerns or dissatisfaction with any dish.
• Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas and the pasta lab, especially after pasta preparation is completed.
• Greet every customer warmly to ensure they feel welcome.
• Other duties as necessary or assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• This position is subject to a background check that includes verification of the legal right to work in the United States. • Finger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen machinery, knives, etc.

• Ability to speak or understand Spanish a plus (although not required).
• Previous customer service experience in restaurants is highly appreciated, but if you don't have it, no problem! We will train you :)
