Due Cucina in West Seattle is seeking a Shift Lead to guide the team through busy shifts, ensure food safety, and maintain high service standards. You will perform both kitchen and front-of-house duties, manage timing, and help with training and onboarding new staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years kitchen management experience in a full service, moderate to high volume restaurant.
• Must be 21+ years old (if working front of house, alcohol service required).
• Ability to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and uphold our company core values.
• Lead the entire team during assigned shifts.
• Drive product quality, customer service, kitchen timelines, system adherence, and food safety.
• Be familiar with and able to perform both kitchen and front-of-house roles.
• Monitor food waste, ordering, and inventory levels.

• Oversee opening and closing procedures.
