Job summary

Due Cucina in Seattle is seeking a part-time Counter Server/Front of House Team Member at the Roosevelt location. You will greet guests, guide them through their dining experience, and ensure timely order fulfillment across in-house and delivery channels.

As part of a fun team, you’ll maintain menu knowledge, keep the dining area clean, and collaborate with BOH to resolve issues. Ability to stand all shift and 21+ required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and guide them through the Due Cucina experience.
• Communicate with delivery drivers to ensure timely, accurate orders.
• Maintain menu knowledge and help customers choose dishes.
• Keep dining areas and pasta lab clean and organized.
• Collaborate with BOH to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Uphold Covid-19 precautions and follow safety protocols.

In This The Counter Server/Front Of House Will

• Demonstrate and uphold our company core values at all times.
• Learn and master the art of making fresh pasta.
• Familiarize yourself with our menu and guide customers through their Due' experience.
• Communicate effectively with delivery drivers (UberEats, DoorDash, etc) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate menu inventory across all delivery platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Covid-19 precautionary measures in the dining area.
• Collaborate with BOH team members or managers to address customer concerns or dissatisfaction with any dish.
• Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas and the pasta lab, especially after pasta preparation is completed.
• Greet every customer warmly to ensure they feel welcome.
• Other duties as necessary or assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Minimum 21 years old (alcohol service required).
• Possesses or willing to obtain a current Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit.
• Ability to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and move quickly.
• Finger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen machinery, knives, etc..
• Ability to withstand changes in temperature, occasional smoke, steam and heat and work in a confined area.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Scheduling flexibility.
• Ability to speak or understand Spanish a plus (although not required).
