Job summary

Due' Cucina in Seattle is seeking a part-time Counter Server/Front of House team member at the Roosevelt location. You will greet guests, guide them through the dining experience, and ensure timely order delivery with delivery partners.

The role includes maintaining cleanliness, upselling, and collaborating with BOH to address issues. Applicants should be at least 21, able to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and obtain a Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit if not already.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and uphold our company values at all times.
• Learn and master fresh pasta preparation.
• Guide customers through the Due' experience and menu.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers for timely orders.
• Keep menu inventory accurate across delivery platforms.
• Ensure Covid-19 precautions in the dining area.
• Collaborate with BOH to address customer concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas and pasta lab.
• Greet every customer warmly.
• Perform other duties as needed.
