Job summary

Harvest Café at Kitchen Kettle Village in Intercourse, PA is seeking guest-focused team members for a part-time role. You will greet guests, manage dining areas, assist with food service operations, and handle transactions accurately in a fast-paced café setting.

Qualifications

• Greeting guests and delivering outstanding service.
• Accurate handling of money, transactions, and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to open/close the café and maintain dining room cleanliness.
• Engaging with guests and tour groups to enhance experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately handle all money transactions and reconcile cash at day end.
• Assist with opening and/or closing the Café as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room and service areas.
• Greet guests, address service issues, and share village information.
• Build relationships with regular tour guides and bus drivers.
