Job summary

Kitchen Kettle Village is seeking enthusiastic baristas for the Roasted Rooster in Intercourse, PA. This part-time position offers $12-$16 per hour plus tips and focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while preparing quality coffee drinks and smoothies.

You will greet guests, maintain clean work areas, follow safety procedures, handle transactions accurately, and support other departments as needed. Scheduling is flexible with non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service by greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining high standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge.
• Record HACCP logs daily to ensure food safety compliance.
• Create quality coffee drinks and smoothies with skill and efficiency.
• Follow opening, closing, and daily operating/cleaning procedures.
• Balance deposits against daily sales and report any overages or shortages.
• Be willing to help in any department as needed (Food Service and Retail).
