Job summary

Kitchen Kettle Village is seeking a Guest Service Associate for The Harvest Café in Intercourse, PA. This part-time role focuses on greeting guests, managing dining areas, handling transactions, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced café setting.

You'll maintain cleanliness of dining spaces, learn menu details, and build relationships with regular tour guides and bus drivers. Flexible scheduling supports work/life balance, with employee discounts and development

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions accurately, close registers, and reconcile cash.
• Assist with opening/closing the café as needed.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and reset tables.
• Greet guests, respond to service issues, and gather feedback.
• Keep front-of-house clean and stocked; perform housekeeping duties.
• Complete operational logs (HACCP, Cleaning, Opening/Closing, First Aid).
• Build relationships with tour guides and drivers; learn preferences.
