Qualifications

• Experience cooking a variety of foods in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to follow HACCP/health codes and sanitation standards.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food products using appropriate equipment.
• Follow established cooking methods and kitchen rules.
• Record and monitor HACCP logs daily for food safety compliance.
• Support the team by performing various kitchen duties.
• Maintain positive, productive interactions to support teamwork.
• Maintain consistent portion and quality standards.
• Keep workstation clean and sanitary during service and closing.
• Handle knives and tools safely.
• Receive and store deliveries; assist with inventories.
• Monitor waste and spoilage; assist as needed, including weekends.
