The Pay O Matic Corporation in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a part-time Front-Line Customer Service Representative to handle cash transactions, check cashing, and bill payments while delivering friendly service.

Work hours include weekends and holidays with floating store coverage; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance and sick leave for eligible employees. Location is Store 131 -2488 Linden Blvd, Brooklyn.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to communicate with people at all levels and backgrounds.
• Versatility and flexibility to handle changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies and responds to customers’ needs.
• Processes customer transactions including cashing checks, money transfers, bill payments and selling prepaid products.
• Opens new accounts and issues cards.
• Ensures timely and courteous completion of transactions.
• Maintains customer accounts with updated information.
• Maintains knowledge of Pay-O-Matic products and services.
• Responds to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Promotes Pay-O-Matic services to customers.
• Performs cash handling procedures and safety checks.
