Job summary

Dollar Tree in Duryea, PA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate II. You will support daily store operations, assist customers, and cross-train on the register and front-end duties to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking, maintaining cleanliness, and handling cash with integrity. You will interact with customers and teammates in a friendly, professional manner and perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proficient in basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to customer support.
• Cross-train to operate the cash register and front-end duties.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock, maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms.
• Protect cash and company assets while delivering professional service.
• Interact professionally with customers and teammates and perform other duties as assigned.
