Job summary

Dollar Tree in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate II to help run daily store operations, assist customers, stock merchandise, and keep the store clean and inviting.

You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties, delivering friendly, accurate service while following safety and operating procedures in a fast-paced retail environment, demanding reliability, strong communication, and teamwork to support store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong interpersonal and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to customer service.
• Support cash register and front-end duties as needed.
• Receive and stock merchandise, unload trucks, and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain safety and security of cash and assets.
