Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail customer service experience in relevant settings is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to supporting customers.
• Support cash register duties and front-end coverage as needed.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and restock as needed.
• Ensure positive, safe, respectful interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions and cash register operations.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
