Job summary

Dollar Tree in Phoenixville, PA is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate II to help deliver a clean, inviting shopping experience. You will support merchandise receiving, stocking, front-end duties, and cash register operations while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include processing freight, maintaining store cleanliness, assisting customers, handling transactions accurately, and upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent movement and physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms and floors.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
