Job summary

StretchLab Naples is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Front Desk Sales Associate for a part-time role at our Marco Island satellite studio. The position focuses on bringing in new members, booking Intro sessions, and assisting with member retention.

Ideal candidates have strong sales and customer service skills, are comfortable with a commission structure, and can work weekends. Fitness-minded individuals who know the local community are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Management team with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Book and confirm intro stretches.
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio.
• Conduct tours of the facility while building relationships and identifying client needs.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads.
• Participate in special events to promote the club.
