Job summary

Stretch Zone Naples is seeking a confident, sales-minded Stretch & Membership Consultant to join our Park Shore and Vanderbilt studios in Naples, FL. This role offers Part-Time or Full-Time status with Hourly Pay plus UNCAPPED Commission.

No prior stretching experience is required — paid certification is provided. You will conduct wellness consultations, recommend memberships, and deliver Stretch Zone Method sessions while building lasting client relationships in a fast-paced boutique

Qualifications

• Strong communication with clients and prospects.
• Comfortable selling membership-based services.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based income.
• Experience in commission-based sales roles.
• Background in fitness, wellness, recovery, or mobility.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Coachable and open to structured training.
• Must have reliable private closed vehicle.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct first-time stretch experiences and wellness consultations.
• Recommend membership programs based on client needs and goals.
• Deliver practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using the Stretch Zone Method®.
• Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and in-studio outreach.
• Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals.
• Participate in community events and wellness activations.
• Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals.
• Maintain a high-energy, professional studio environment.
