Job summary

StretchLab Naples is seeking a high-energy, sales-minded Front Desk Sales Associate for our Marco Island satellite studio. The role focuses on bringing in new members, booking intro sessions, and supporting a friendly, fitness-minded community.

This part-time position requires excellent sales, customer service, and communication skills, with weekend availability. Knowledge of Club Ready software is a plus, and you will greet guests, tour the studio, and help reach monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Must be able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours.
• Must have proficient computer skills and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Management team with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Book and confirm intro stretches.
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio.
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing relationships and identifying needs.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads.
• Participate in special events to promote the club.
• Ensure studio is clean and tidy.
• Other duties as assigned.
