Job summary

StretchLab Mount Pleasant is seeking a high-energy, customer-service oriented Front Desk Sales Associate for a part-time role. The position focuses on bringing in new members, scheduling Intro sessions, and aiding in membership management.

Experience in fitness or wellness is a plus, but not required. The role requires excellent communication, strong sales drive, and the ability to work afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with the sales process from lead generation to close.
• Book and confirm intro stretches and manage front desk check-ins.
• Greet clients, conduct facility tours, and match services to members’ needs.
