• Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail.
• Greet clients, applicants, and visitors upon arrival and escort them to the proper location.
• Schedule and prepare meeting and conference rooms, including setup and resets.
• Perform clerical duties including mail distribution and ordering office supplies.
• Track packages and arrange courier services.
• Arrange hospitality services for guests as needed.
• Follow SOPs and use established procedures to solve problems.
• Support hospitality initiatives and contribute to departmental goals.
• Deliver consistent performance under supervision.
