Job summary

Level5 Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Associate for Residence Inn Bend on a part-time evening schedule. You will be the first impression for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with a focus on high-touch service.

This role may include occasional shifts in breakfast hosting or other front-of-house tasks, with training opportunities in sales coordination. Reliable weekends and holidays are expected, and transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible with shifts; weekend/holiday availability required.
• Must have reliable transportation and strong attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
• Operate front desk per SOP with exceptional guest service.
• Receive and respond to guest inquiries about rates, availability, and amenities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms.
• Handle reservations by phone, online, and in-person.
