Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous front office or guest service experience in hospitality.
• Basic computer proficiency with property management systems (PMS).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support front desk staff to deliver efficient, courteous service across all shifts.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and with solutions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to meet guest needs promptly.
• Train new front office staff and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor daily front office operations, including cash handling, reservations, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards and brand guidelines.
• Assist in scheduling and staffing to maintain adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
