Job summary

Level5 Hospitality's Residence Inn Bend is seeking a part-time Room Attendant to clean, restock, and maintain guest rooms. You will follow standard procedures to provide high-touch housekeeping service that ensures guest comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include prioritizing rooms, restocking supplies, respecting guest privacy, and reporting maintenance needs. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule. English basic proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read labels and communicate with guests.
• Basic English reading/writing preferred.
• Maintain high cleanliness and privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Receives list of assigned rooms from manager and prioritizes rooms requesting early cleaning.
• Checks inventory of cleaning cart and restocks supplies.
• Knocks and announces before entering room; returns if occupied.
• Removes soiled linens and provides fresh replacements.
• Makes beds and restocks towels, washcloths, and toiletries.
• Cleans and disinfects bathroom and kitchenette areas.
• Wipes surfaces and cleans mirrors.
• Vacuum floors and empties trash.
• Restocks complimentary items per policy.
• Notifies supervisor of room availability and reports maintenance needs.
• Takes found items to lost and found area.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
