The position offers part-time hours with a pay rate of $20.70 per hour. Duties include monitoring lobby activity, handling calls, and responding to incidents per established procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the building, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes as authorized, and maintain accurate visitor and/or contractor records.
• Receive and direct phone calls, deliveries, and inquiries in a professional manner while maintaining awareness of activity in the lobby and entrance areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and promptly communicating concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with maintaining a professional lobby environment and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent access-control practices and courteous engagement.
