Qualifications

• Background investigation and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a front desk.
• Greet visitors, verify IDs, issue credentials, and maintain access records.
• Monitor lobby activity and operate access control systems and cameras.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies following site procedures.
• Assist with directing visitors, answering phones, and handling deliveries.
