Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients at the front desk following site policies.
• Greet visitors, verify IDs, issue visitor badges, and maintain access records as required.
• Monitor lobby, access control systems, alarms, cameras, and communications equipment.
• Respond to incidents and service requests calmly and escalate as needed.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence and assist building occupants and guests.
