Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Host in El Segundo, CA. You will serve as a welcoming front desk presence for tenants, visitors, and vendors, manage access, and monitor lobby activity with a focus on safety and excellent customer service.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and background/drug screening. The role operates on a Monday–Friday schedule with evening shifts and offers benefits and growth opportunities within a large security

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming front desk presence for tenants, visitors, and vendors.
• Verify authorization and direct individuals per access-control procedures.
• Monitor lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and communication systems; report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and tenant requests calmly, following emergency protocols.
• Maintain visitor logs, incident reports, and documentation for building management.
