Qualifications

• Background investigation and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and vendors per site procedures.
• Staff the front desk, greet visitors, maintain logs, issue credentials, and relay visitor info.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and report unusual activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify authorities as needed.
• Maintain records and daily activity reports; communicate with leadership and site contacts.
