Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by employment.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and building personnel per site procedures.
• Greet visitors, verify ID/authorization, issue visitor credentials, direct guests to offices or amenities.
• Monitor lobby, access points, cameras, alarms, and communications; report issues per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly, coordinating with building personnel and responders as needed.
• Maintain visitor logs, access records, incident documentation, and shift communications.
