Qualifications

• 6+ months of security experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk and assist residents and guests with access questions.
• Control access by screening visitors and issuing/tracking visitor authorizations.
• Monitor entry points, cameras, alarms, and report irregular activity.
• Complete incident reports, shift logs, and pass-on notes for incoming personnel.
