• Answer phones, receive deliveries, maintain visitor logs, and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Support security-related operations by observing front desk activity, reporting unusual conditions, and helping to deter unauthorized access.
