Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Front Desk Intake in Beverly Hills, CA. This role offers reliable, on-site hours with the flexibility to pick up extra shifts via our scheduling platform.

You will greet tenants and visitors, monitor access, respond to incidents, and uphold site procedures while delivering professional customer service at a commercial real estate front desk. The position pays $20.90 per hour and includes opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

At least 6 months of security-related experience.
Guard Card or license preferred.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Age 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required by law.
Drug screen required where permitted.
Licensing may be required by state/local law.
Valid driver’s license required for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and clients at a commercial real estate front desk.
Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining records.
Answer phones, direct inquiries, manage deliveries, and communicate information to building personnel and leadership.
Monitor security systems, alarms, cameras, and access-control activity; report irregularities.
Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and document activities and notifications.
