Pay rate is $20.90 per hour. The position supports a front desk in a commercial real estate setting, with duties including access control, visitor management, and security system monitoring.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at a commercial real estate front desk.
• Monitor access by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining records.
• Answer phones, manage deliveries, and relay information to building personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
• Monitor security systems, alarms, cameras, and access-control activity and report irregularities.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document activities for appropriate personnel.
