Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Front Desk Security Officer at a Beverly Hills location. You will greet tenants and visitors, verify credentials, monitor access, and maintain accurate records while delivering exceptional customer service and a professional presence.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks required by law.
• Allied Universal may consider applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screening is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and guests.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify credentials, issue passes.
• Monitor lobby and access points, report unusual activity to personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms per emergency procedures.
• Answer phones and coordinate with management to maintain a smooth lobby environment.
