Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or vendors while following site-specific security procedures.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify ID and access authorization, and maintain visitor logs.
• Monitor entry points, access-control systems, alarms, cameras, and/or communication systems; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation; keep reception area organized.
