Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Reception Protocols in Santa Monica, CA. The role offers fixed shifts with an option to pick up extra shifts via the scheduling platform, enabling flexible income and potential paths to full‑time work.

Qualifications

Possess a college degree.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor access to the location, greet and direct visitors, and maintain visitor logs and related front‑desk records.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
Answer phones, receive deliveries, and support front‑desk operations while maintaining awareness of security‑related activities in the lobby or reception area.
