Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location by following site-specific security procedures.
• Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying access, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining logs.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security systems; report issues per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner; follow escalation protocols.
• Support a professional lobby environment by providing directions and coordinating with building personnel.
