Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors.
• Monitor access and verify visitors/deliveries per site policies; keep visitor and package records accurate.
• Respond to inquiries and incidents calmly, following emergency procedures when appropriate.
• Observe lobby activity, report suspicious behavior, and deter security concerns with a professional presence.
• Communicate clearly with residents, property management, and emergency responders about incidents and site information.
