Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a front desk location within a technology, media, and telecommunications environment.
• Welcome visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry and departure records per site policies.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security systems; report unusual activity or issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and according to site procedures.
• Answer phones, direct guests, coordinate with onsite contacts, and complete activity reports.
