Job summary

Allied Universal in Newington, NH is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Concierge to staff the front desk at a utilities location. You will greet visitors, verify IDs, control access, and provide excellent customer service while upholding site procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal/state/local laws.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Must be able to use a computer/tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and vendors at a utilities location.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify IDs and access authorization, and sign-in records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security systems from the front desk and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner per procedures.
• Maintain professional communication between visitors, site personnel, and Allied Universal leadership.
