Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution with security procedures.
• Greet visitors, verify appointments/ID, issue visitor credentials, and direct individuals.
• Monitor lobby activity and security systems, report concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, follow site procedures and contact emergency services when needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident reports for a welcoming front desk environment.
